Is your such-and-such program compatible with my Palm OS device? If you purchased your Palm device within the last three years or so, probably yes. We support virtually all modern Palm-compatible devices. To get more specific, though, what determines compatibility is usually the Palm OS version running on your device, not the actual type of device. If the Palm OS version on your device is equal to or higher than the minimum Palm OS version for the program you're trying to run, it should work. Since each of our programs has different minimum requirements, you'll have to look in the manual for that program to find the minimum necessary OS version. The manual will also tell you how to check your Palm's OS version, if you don't already happen know. (Or you could check that FAQ. :) How do I find my device's Palm OS version? (1) From the home screen of your Palm device, tap the Menu button. (2) Choose "Info" from the "App" menu. (3) Tap the "Version" button near the bottom of the screen. (4) Your Palm OS version should now be written near the top of the screen. What if I upgraded to a new Palm (or had to hard-reset my Palm) and need a reactivation?
