To download, please follow these quick, easy steps, and start using your new Xenware program immediately! |

| If you are upgrading a program, the instructions are the same. (You are upgrading if the version number of the program you're downloading is greater than the version number of the program currently installed on your Palm-device. The version number can be found by opening the program, tapping the menu button, and selecting the "About" option.) | ||
|

||
| Windows users: | |||
|
1. | Right-click the "download" button to the left, choose "Save Target As", and save Reflex.zip in any location you wish on your computer. | |
|
2. | Expand Reflex.zip and run Reflex.exe. | |
|
3. | Follow the simple on-screen directions. | |

Mac users (and Windows users who do not want RefleXchange upload functionality): | ||
|
1. | Download Reflex.zip and save in any location on your computer. | |
|
2. | Expand the zip file by double-clicking it, then open the MacUsers folder and double-click Reflex.prc. Click "ok" when you see a message that it will be installed on your Palm-device when you next HotSync. | |

3. | HotSync your Palm-device. | |
|

|

| Windows and Mac users: | |||
|
1. | Right-click the "download" button to the left, choose "Save Target As", and save Muxles.zip in any location you wish on your computer. | |
|
2. | Expand the zip file by double-clicking it, then double- click Muxles.prc or MuxlesNonColor.prc as appropriate for your device. Click "ok" when you see a message that it will be installed on your Palm-device when you next HotSync. | |

3. | HotSync your Palm-device. | |
